Often, people only take time to write a letter to complain but I am writing this letter to tell you about my wonderful experience at your dealership, Finch Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC.
We decided that we needed a mini van and started our search. I was happily surprised at the selection you had in stock. We were able to get the model, options, colour and payments that we were looking for. Our Salesman was very helpful and answered all of our questions, making us feel very comfortable. He even gave us a tour of the dealership and introduced us to your service department.
I love our new Montana SV6 and will be letting all of our friends and family know what a great van it is and wonderful experience we had at Brian Finch.
We will be back in 3 months to have our first oil change.
